Beirut experienced a sharp drop in temperatures and a massive hailstorm on Saturday as rain and colder weather was felt across Lebanon.
Elias Saadeh, from Weather Forecast Lebanon, said temperatures dropped from 21 degrees celcius to 13.5 degrees in a matter of minutes, accompanied by rain, according to Arabiaweather website.
Ms Saadeh also told the site that Beirut had not experienced a hailstorm of this scale since 1968.
