A fifth man is being extradited from Sweden in connection with the hit squad murder of a music executive at his £1.5 million ($1.96m) home in London last Christmas.
Flamur Beqiri, who was linked to a criminal caught in a Dubai raid, was shot several times on his doorstep in Battersea last Christmas Eve.
On Wednesday, four men appeared at London's Old Bailey in connection with the killing.
Kickboxer Anis Fouad Hemissi, 22, has already pleaded not guilty to murder.
His defence team are seeking medical reports over fears he may have suffered brain damage due to his profession as a kickboxer, which could affect his ability to provide instructions to his legal team.
On Wednesday, Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb ordered that the reports on him should be completed prior to the next court hearing.
He appeared on video link from Belmarsh Prison.
Two further defendants, Tobias Fredrik Andersson and Esteven-alexis Pino-Munizaga, who were extradited from Sweden a few months ago, appeared at the hearing via video link from Wandsworth Prison.
Mr Pino-Munizaga's legal team indicated that he will be denying involvement in the murder in due course.
A fourth man, Clifford Rollox, is on bail and appeared in person at the court.
He is charged with perverting the course of justice.
Prosecutors said a fifth man was in the process of being extradited from Sweden.
All the defendants are due to appear in court on January 26 for a plea hearing.
A trial date has been set for next July.
The murder victim, Beqiri, 36, who was once a wanted crime lord in Sweden, died from gunshot wounds after the attack at his home.
Mr Hemissi was extradited from Denmark earlier this year.
Beqiri, an Albanian who grew up in Malmo in Sweden, had links to Spain's Costa del Sol drugs gangs and is understood to have fled to the UK five years ago after receiving death threats.
He was associated with a drugs gang called Los Suecos, "the Swedes", who operate on the Costa del Sol and were allegedly led by Amir Faten Mekky, who was arrested in a raid in Dubai this year.
Beqiri, who had run a record company in London called 2020rec, was with his wife and young son at the time of his killing.
He was once one of Sweden’s most wanted men in connection with a €2 million ($2.3m) international drugs trafficking case and knew several victims of recent gangland murders.
He had been associated with Mr Mekky, who had been on the run since evading capture in Spain in 2018.
Mr Mekky was arrested in Dubai in June in a joint international operation and is wanted for murders in the Spanish towns of San Pedro Alcantara and Estepona in 2018.

Troy Payne, head chef at Abu Dhabi’s newest healthy eatery Sanderson’s in Al Seef Resort & Spa, says singles need to change their mindset about how they approach the supermarket.
“They feel like they can’t buy one cucumber,” he says. “But I can walk into a shop – I feed two people at home – and I’ll walk into a shop and I buy one cucumber, I’ll buy one onion.”
Mr Payne asks for the sticker to be placed directly on each item, rather than face the temptation of filling one of the two-kilogram capacity plastic bags on offer.
The chef also advises singletons not get too hung up on “organic”, particularly high-priced varieties that have been flown in from far-flung locales. Local produce is often grown sustainably, and far cheaper, he says.

There has been a longstanding need from the Indian community to have a religious premises where they can practise their beliefs. Currently there is a very, very small temple in Bur Dubai and the community has outgrown this. So this will be a major temple and open to all denominations and a place should reflect India’s diversity.
It fits so well into the UAE’s own commitment to tolerance and pluralism and coming in the year of tolerance gives it that extra dimension.
What we will see on April 20 is the foundation ceremony and we expect a pretty broad cross section of the Indian community to be present, both from the UAE and abroad. The Hindu group that is building the temple will have their holiest leader attending – and we expect very senior representation from the leadership of the UAE.
When the designs were taken to the leadership, there were two clear options. There was a New Jersey model with a rectangular structure with the temple recessed inside so it was not too visible from the outside and another was the Neasden temple in London with the spires in its classical shape. And they said: look we said we wanted a temple so it should look like a temple. So this should be a classical style temple in all its glory.
It is beautifully located - 30 minutes outside of Abu Dhabi and barely 45 minutes to Dubai so it serves the needs of both communities.
This is going to be the big temple where I expect people to come from across the country at major festivals and occasions.
It is hugely important – it will take a couple of years to complete given the scale. It is going to be remarkable and will contribute something not just to the landscape in terms of visual architecture but also to the ethos. Here will be a real representation of UAE’s pluralism.

Where to donate in the UAE
You can donate to several registered charities through a “donation catalogue”. The use of the donation is quite specific, such as buying a fan for a poor family in Niger for Dh130.
The General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowments
The site has an e-donation service accepting debit card, credit card or e-Dirham, an electronic payment tool developed by the Ministry of Finance and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
You can donate online or order Smiles n’ Stuff products handcrafted by Al Noor students. The centre publishes a wish list of extras needed, starting at Dh500.
Beit Al Khair Society has the motto “From – and to – the UAE,” with donations going towards the neediest in the country. Its website has a list of physical donation sites, but people can also contribute money by SMS, bank transfer and through the hotline 800-22554.
Dar Al Ber Society, which has charity projects in 39 countries, accept cash payments, money transfers or SMS donations. Its donation hotline is 800-79.
Dubai Cares provides several options for individuals and companies to donate, including online, through banks, at retail outlets, via phone and by purchasing Dubai Cares branded merchandise. It is currently running a campaign called Bookings 2030, which allows people to help change the future of six underprivileged children and young people.
Those who travel on Emirates have undoubtedly seen the little donation envelopes in the seat pockets. But the foundation also accepts donations online and in the form of Skywards Miles. Donated miles are used to sponsor travel for doctors, surgeons, engineers and other professionals volunteering on humanitarian missions around the world.
On the Emirates Red Crescent website you can choose between 35 different purposes for your donation, such as providing food for fasters, supporting debtors and contributing to a refugee women fund. It also has a list of bank accounts for each donation type.
Gulf for Good raises funds for partner charity projects through challenges, like climbing Kilimanjaro and cycling through Thailand. This year’s projects are in partnership with Street Child Nepal, Larchfield Kids, the Foundation for African Empowerment and SOS Children's Villages. Since 2001, the organisation has raised more than $3.5 million (Dh12.8m) in support of over 50 children’s charities.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched the Noor Dubai Foundation a decade ago with the aim of eliminating all forms of preventable blindness globally. You can donate Dh50 to support mobile eye camps by texting the word “Noor” to 4565 (Etisalat) or 4849 (du).
Red flags
- Promises of high, fixed or 'guaranteed' returns.
- Unregulated structured products or complex investments often used to bypass traditional safeguards.
- Lack of clear information, vague language, no access to audited financials.
- Overseas companies targeting investors in other jurisdictions - this can make legal recovery difficult.

What sanctions would be reimposed?
Under ‘snapback’, measures imposed on Iran by the UN Security Council in six resolutions would be restored, including:
- An arms embargo
- A ban on uranium enrichment and reprocessing
- A ban on launches and other activities with ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons, as well as ballistic missile technology transfer and technical assistance
- A targeted global asset freeze and travel ban on Iranian individuals and entities
- Authorisation for countries to inspect Iran Air Cargo and Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines cargoes for banned goods
