Europol said 30 tonnes of drugs were seized from one of Europe's largest trafficking networks.
Footage showed raids on luxury villas and a showroom packed with supercars.
Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, said the Emirates played a key role to help combat transnational money laundering and drug trafficking.
Record amounts of cocaine are being seized in Europe.
