Two university students were caught having sex on the back seat of a car during the day, a court heard.
ON, a 21-year-old from Jordan and his girlfriend MA, also 21, from Bahrain, were apprehended in the car parked at the Millennium Hotel in Al Garhoud, Dubai, at about 1pm on July 17.
Prosecutors claimed both confessed during police questioning to having intercourse, but both denied this at the Misdemeanour Court.
Court records said the pair met months before their arrest at the university in Dubai where they both study.
The next hearing will be on September 19.
