The UAE will experience hot and hazy conditions today, with clouds in the east.
Temperatures will reach up to 46°C in the interior and 43°C on the coast, with lows of 29°C in the interior and 30°C on the coast.
Light westerly winds of up to 34 kilometre per hour could blow dust in some areas.
The lowest temperature recorded yesterday was 24.8°C in Al Farfar in Fujairah at 6.15am, while the country’s hottest spot was Madinat Zayed, where the mercury reached 48.2°C at 3.15pm.
Haze is forecast for the remainder of the week.
