Forecasters issued an alert over dust storms that could affect parts of the country on Monday.
Gusty winds will kick up sand, reducing visibility to below three kilometres over exposed areas inland in the east and on the coast.
The warning is in force until noon.
Similar conditions on Sunday resulted in an accumulation of sand on roads in the Western Region.
Monday will be generally fair to partly cloudy, with temperatures reaching a high of 35°C inland and 31°C on the coast.
Winds will be brisk, with speeds reaching 30kph-40kph at times throughout the day before they ease in the evening.
Humidity will rise overnight, which could result in the formation of mist over some areas of the coast and inland.
Conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea before becoming moderate by late night.
Tuesday will be another partly cloudy day, with temperatures expected to climb again.

His life in brief: Born in a village near Galilee, he lived in exile for most of his life and started writing poetry after high school. He was arrested several times by Israel for what were deemed to be inciteful poems. Most of his work focused on the love and yearning for his homeland, and he was regarded the Palestinian poet of resistance. Over the course of his life, he published more than 30 poetry collections and books of prose, with his work translated into more than 20 languages. Many of his poems were set to music by Arab composers, most significantly Marcel Khalife. Darwish died on August 9, 2008 after undergoing heart surgery in the United States. He was later buried in Ramallah where a shrine was erected in his honour.
