UAE traffic: heavy traffic in Sharjah near Al Qusais

Most roads are running clear of heavy traffic on Monday morning with the longest delays for motorists in Sharjah due to congestion.

Sheikh Zayed Road heading north from Dubai towards Sharjah at the Al Qusais Industrial Area is experiencing the worst of the morning traffic.

Minor hold-ups are being reported on the Salam Street near the Eastern Mangroves in Abu Dhabi as rush hour traffic begins to build.

In Dubai, traffic is also building in both directions on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road near Dubai International Airport.

Increasing numbers of vehicles are causing delays on the same road near Dubai Investments Park.
