Traffic across the UAE got off to a good start on Sunday morning, with delays being reported in the usual hotspots.
Slow moving traffic was reported on E20 Abu Dhabi-Al Sweihan Road near Khalifa City in the capital. There were also delays reported on the Abu Dhabi-Al Silla Road heading towards Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Road.
In Dubai, heavy traffic was reported near Al Mamzar area towards Dubai International Airport. Motorists travelling on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed towards Mirdif Centre were caught in long queues.
Tailbacks on the E311 southbound were reported just before the Sharjah border at the S11 intersection until Mirdif area.
Motorists also experienced delays in the Al Qusais Industrial area, near Damascus Street.
