Twenty Asian workers were injured after the bus transporting them to their accommodations lost control and tipped over in the Hameem area of the Western Region.
Abu Dhabi Police traffic patrols, ambulances and rescue vehicles rushed to the scene to tend to the injured and transfer them to Al Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Col Hamad Al Blooshi, head of the Outer Areas Traffic Department, said that "the bus lost its balance upon hitting an industrial hump at a workers' village. The driver lost control of the bus, causing it to tip over and workers to be injured".

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
