Emirates is to resume passenger flights to "select destinations" from Dubai International Airport's Terminal 3 from Sunday.
The limited number of journeys - announced by the airline last week - were previously operating out of Terminal 2.
Passengers departing from Dubai must undergo thermal scanning before being allowed to board.
Travellers are urged to wear face masks and gloves and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Emirates obtained approvals for a number of flights to Zurich and Brussels until Saturday, with flights to Paris taking place until Sunday and routes to London Heathrow and Frankfurt until Sunday, April 19.
"Passengers are advised to contact Emirates airline directly to seek additional information or book travel," read a statement on the Dubai Airports website.
The majority of passenger flights - except for a small number of emergency journeys - were grounded at midnight on March 25 as part of efforts to slow the spread of coronavirus.
"Aside from the aforementioned Emirates airline operations, only vital cargo and emergency evacuation flights will operate from DXB and DWC during this period," the statement continued.
"Dubai Airports continues to be fully committed to supporting the measures being taken to ensure the health and safety of our valued customers, our community and our employees.
"We continue to urge you to stay safe."

Closing the loophole on sugary drinks
As The National reported last year, non-fizzy sugared drinks were not covered when the original tax was introduced in 2017. Sports drinks sold in supermarkets were found to contain, on average, 20 grams of sugar per 500ml bottle.
The non-fizzy drink AriZona Iced Tea contains 65 grams of sugar – about 16 teaspoons – per 680ml can. The average can costs about Dh6, which would rise to Dh9.
Drinks such as Starbucks Bottled Mocha Frappuccino contain 31g of sugar in 270ml, while Nescafe Mocha in a can contains 15.6g of sugar in a 240ml can.
Flavoured water, long-life fruit juice concentrates, pre-packaged sweetened coffee drinks fall under the ‘sweetened drink’ category
Not taxed:
Freshly squeezed fruit juices, ground coffee beans, tea leaves and pre-prepared flavoured milkshakes do not come under the ‘sweetened drink’ band.
A little about CVRL
Founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory (CVRL) is a government diagnostic centre that provides testing and research facilities to the UAE and neighbouring countries.
