A car slid into the sea in Dubai after its driver failed to launch jet skis from the vehicle’s trailer, police said on Sunday.
The Emirati lost control of his vehicle while trying to lower the jet skis at fishermen’s dock 3 in the city's Umm Suqeim area.
Lt Col Abdullah Al Naqbi, the director of Maritime Rescue at Port Police Station, said rescue teams arrived at the scene after a report was filed.
“The car, trailer and jet skis that had fallen into the sea were all recovered and no one was injured,” he said.
