DUBAI // A seven-year-old Syrian boy has become an instant millionaire after winning a lucky draw competition.
Saif A H won the The Dubai Mall Millionaire competition, making him the youngest winner of the competition this year.
The Dubai Mall announced the winner of its Dubai Shopping Festival campaign after a draw conducted by an official from Dubai Economic Department.
Saif, from Ras Al Khaimah, and his father picked up the cheque for Dh1 million worth of National Bonds at the mall.
During the latest Dubai Shopping Festival, visitors to The Dubai Mall had the chance to enter the raffle draw if they spent Dh300 or more at any outlet.
The DSF ran throughout January.
