To raise money you must do two things: find a charity that is allowed to collect donations, then submit a request to Iacad.
You must approach the department to tell them about what you are doing and why.
Applications through the charities take up to one month.
Another option is to support a charity in Dubai’s International Humanitarian City. IHC acts as the charity and routes all funds to the recipient.
