Ras Al Khaimah Police on Monday issued an appeal for members of the public to help find Humaid Al Miqbali, a <span>25</span>-year-old Gulf national who has been missing from home for more than four days. In a post on Instagram, RAK police urged people who know Mr Al Miqbali - who has mental health problems - or have any information about his whereabouts to contact them on 07 235 6666 – 050 766 9229.
