The Ministry of Interior is conducting security drills across the country, it was announced on Sunday.
Authorities said the exercises in the UAE started at 9am on Sunday and may include the movement of military units.
Members of the public were requested not to take photographs of the movements.

They were also urged to give way for the units if seen on the roads to ensure safety and security.
Authorities also told the public to stay away from the drill sites.
