More than 180 people affected by heavy rainfalls in Al Ain and Fujairah have been accommodated by the Emirates Red Crescent.
The ERC vacated 140 affected people in Al Ain City and 48 in Kalbaa, and they have all been checked into a number of hotels, state news agency Wam reported.
Up to 600 affected people in Fujairah were as well provided with food meals by ERC and they were appropriately sheltered by the authorities concerned.

The ERC is collaborating with all state departments concerned, including the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority and Civil Defence and Police departments to provide the victims with all amenities of life pending their safe return home.
ERC teams have as well provided all needed psychological and moral support to the affected families in keeping with their humanitarian roles and responsibilities.
An emergency room has been established by the ERC General Secretariat and branches nationwide three days ago following the unstable climatic conditions warnings sent by the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology, as a result of which voluntary and operating teams have been mobilised in anticipation for any emergencies.
