The UAE announced a record-high 14 deaths among Covid-19 patients on Friday as 3,251 new cases were confirmed.
The fatalities raised the country's death toll since the start of the pandemic to 902.
The previous daily high of 13 was reported in May.
The latest infections raised the overall tally to 320,126.
A further 3,860 people overcame the virus as the recovery total climbed to 297,040.
An additional 148,574 tests were conducted.
More than 26.5 million PCR nasal swab and DPI laser tests have been conducted since the outbreak began.
The number of active cases fell to 22,184 as recoveries exceeded new infections for a sixth consecutive day.
The UAE has embarked on a major vaccination drive to help curb the spread of the virus.
Close to four million doses of vaccine have been given to the public over the past two months.
Authorities aim to inoculate 50 per cent of the public by the end of next month.
Dr Saif Al Dhaheri, spokesman for the National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority, said this week that mass immunisation was the most crucial step towards returning to normality.
