Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed receives Mike Pompeo in Abu Dhabi - in pictures



Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received Mike Pompeo when the US Secretary of State visited Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.

They discussed bilateral relations and regional and international issues of mutual concern.

Mr Pompeo, who earlier visited Afghanistan, Japan, North Korea and Vietnam on his trip, also met Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, the UAE's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

He then left the UAE, heading for a Nato summit in Brussels that US President Donald Trump will attend.
