Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed meets Al Wahda football team

ABU DHABI // Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met with Sheikh Diab bin Zayed, President of Al Wahda Sports Club, and Al Wahda Football team, the winners of the Arabian Gulf Football Cup for the season 2015-2016, at Al Bateen Palace on Wednesday.

The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince exchanged Ramadan greetings with the team and congratulated them on winning the cup, reported state news agency Wam.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed wished them further success and said he hoped the results of local sports competitions would reflect on the performance of the national teams in regional and international competitions.
