Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, announced a new rewards programme for positive behaviour on Saturday.
The programme is an initiative of the Department of Behavioural Rewards of the Ministry of Possibilities and focuses on three main pillars: homeland, society and family.
