Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, met Bahrain's King Hamad at his Abu Dhabi residence on Saturday.
The UAE leaders conveyed well-wishes from President Sheikh Khalifa and spoke about the close relationship between the two Gulf nations.
King Hamad arrived in the UAE on Monday for a private visit.
He was welcomed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed, the Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region.
Wam, the UAE’s news agency, shared a video of the king’s arrival, which showed him being greeted by a large delegation.
On Saturday, Sheikh Mohammed, Sheikh Mohamed and King Hamad discussed ways to increase relations between the UAE and Bahrain further, in a way that would benefit both populations.
The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, and UAE officials.
King Hamad last visited the UAE in November.
Then, he was joined by King Abdullah II of Jordan for a tripartite summit in Abu Dhabi with Sheikh Mohamed.

French business
France has organised a delegation of leading businesses to travel to Syria. The group was led by French shipping giant CMA CGM, which struck a 30-year contract in May with the Syrian government to develop and run Latakia port. Also present were water and waste management company Suez, defence multinational Thales, and Ellipse Group, which is currently looking into rehabilitating Syrian hospitals.
