The Rulers and senior officials of every emirate performed prayers on Thursday on the occasion of Eid.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, prayed at Sheikh Rashid Mosque in Zabeel along with Sheikhs, officials, citizens and residents. In Sharjah, Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi performed the prayer at Al Badee Mosque.
Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman, was at Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Mosque, while Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah, attended prayers at the new Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Fujairah.
Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the Ruler, prayed at the Grand Eid Mussala in Khuzam, Ras Al Khaimah. In Umm Al Quwain, Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, the Ruler, prayed at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed attended the morning prayers at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
Other officials to offer prayers included Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed, the Ruler’s Representative in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region. Eid sermons highlighted the significance of Eid Al Adha and the sacrifices of those who had died while serving the country.
After morning prayers, the Rulers accepted well-wishers.
Sheikha Fatima, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, accepted Eid greetings from the wives of ambassadors and the members of the diplomatic corps.

- Be professional and patient. Always be professional with whoever you are interacting with throughout your search process, this will be remembered. You need to be patient, dedicated and not give up on your search. Candidates need to make sure they are following up appropriately for roles they have applied.
