The four men were among 450 people arrested by Ajman Police last year.
The other suspects were wanted for committing crimes including murder, burglary and assault.
Maj Gen Al Nuaimi said Ajman Police is intensifying its security surveillance operations by doubling the number of patrols on the ground by September.
"The goal of doubling patrols number is to reduce response time from eight minutes and a half last year, to just eight minutes during this year," he said.
