Famous London hotel group to manage Dubai's 'most expensive' apartment block

A luxury apartment building that is home to Dubai's most expensive penthouse will be managed by the hotel group behind the famous Dorchester hotel in London. One Palm made headlines when its penthouse sold for a record-breaking Dh102 million, making it the most expensive penthouse in Dubai. The building's 90 apartments include three, four and five-bedroom residences, offering views of Dubai Marina’s skyline, Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Gulf. Developer Omniyat said the deal with the Dorchester Collection was part of "offering an experience like no other". “One Palm is the most exclusive address on The Palm Jumeirah and home to Dubai’s most expensive apartment. Last week it was announced that the Dorechester Collection would be involved with a new development on the banks of Dubai Canal in the Marasi community, featuring an ultra-luxury hotel and serviced residences.
