UAE weather: heat and intermittent cloud cover forecast

Intermittent cloud will interrupt an otherwise fair day in the UAE on Saturday.

It is  likely to be found mainly to the east and north, in what will be "a rather hot day", according to the National Centre for Meteorology.

In Abu Dhabi, temperatures will climb from 24°C to 41°C, while humidity could reach 80 per cent.

In Dubai, temperatures will range from 24°C to 40°C, with humidity also forecast to reach 80 per cent.

Some of the heat will be offset by light to moderate winds, which will freshen at times to the east.

The sea will be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea.
