Weather conditions in Dubai on Friday will be mostly clear and sunny with a moderate breeze.
Temperatures are due to peak at 39°C shortly after midday, accompanied by gentle winds of up to 23kph.
The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of clear skies and light breezes.
Temperatures are also predicted to hit 39°C, with lighter winds of around 19kph.
The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but predicted a chance of some fog and mist forming by night and into Saturday morning.
Moderate winds could pick up sand and dust during the day, it said.
Night time temperatures could drop to around 32°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Friday night and the early hours of Saturday morning.
