Caravan owners can now book a getaway on Jebel Ali Beach.
It is the second place to be added to a permit initiative authorising caravan camping in Dubai.
Beachgoers must obtain a free permit through the Dubai Municipality website.
A copy of the ownership of the caravan or trailer, and a copy of the Emirates ID, or passport, of visitors are needed to book a stay.
Authorities said designated areas for beach stays can be identified by the Makani number 0001864652.
"Once the applicant enters the data and documents online, the permit is issued immediately. It allows the holder to camp in the specified location for 30 days," the municipality said.
Caravan owners can also book stays at Al Sufouh Beach, also known as Black Palace Beach, under the initiative.
Officials allowed beach getaways to resume in June after being suspended because of the pandemic.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
