An Emirati man died in a car accident on Al Digdada - Airport Road in Ras Al Khaimah on Tuesday. Police and ambulance crew were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report at 12am, said Maj Salem Burqiba, acting head at RAK Traffic and Patrols department Investigations showed the 21-year-old's car swerved suddenly and crashed into a tree before hitting a lamppost and overturning several times.<br/> The man was found dead at the scene and his body was transferred to the hospital.<br/> Funeral prayers were held at 6am on Tuesday at Bin Falaw mosque in Al Digdada area. The man was buried at Al Hamraneya cemetery.<br/> Major Burqiba urged motorists to be cautious while driving at night due to low visibility and to adhere to traffic regulations.
