DUBAI // A central jail prisoner has been sentenced to an extra 10 years for raping a fellow convict.
AA, 23, an Emirati, raped TJ, on April 8 of 2011, while the pair were alone in the prison ward, heard the Criminal Court, but the raped man was too scared to tell anyone except his mother what had happened.
However, his mother informed a lawyer who lodged a complaint with police and the attack was investigated.
Traces of the Emirati's DNA were found on the other man's clothes.
