Two men who stole bags and mobile phones from passers-by in Bur Dubai have been arrested. On Friday, police said the men, both Arabs, would ride motorcycles and grab bags and phones out of the hands of unsuspecting pedestrians before fleeing the area. A number of victims reported the incidents to police who managed to track down and arrest the thieves within two days. During questioning, the men admitted to stealing from pedestrians. Police were able to recover all of the stolen items and return them to their owners.
