The St Anthony Coptic Orthodox Cathedral Church in Abu Dhabi opened its doors on Monday and Tuesday to accept condolences for the 21 Egyptians murdered by ISIL militants in Libya.
Egypt’s ambassador to the UAE, Ehab Imam Hamouda, and members of the embassy in Abu Dhabi, paid their respects on Tuesday to the Reverend Anthony Michael and the Reverend Bishoy Fakhri, pastors of the church.
Dr Aref Ali Nayed, Libya’s ambassador to the UAE, also offered his condolences.
