As a way of coping with the summer heat, Al Ain Zoo will change its opening hours over the next few months.
Starting this Friday, June 1, people will be able to visit the zoo between 4 and 10pm, with normal opening hours resuming at the beginning of October.
The zoo will also play host to family-friendly nights, starting every Wednesday at 6pm, which will include games and activities for children, face- and henna-painting and movie screenings.
During Ramadan, Family Nights will be put on hold and the zoo will be open from 6pm until midnight.
