Ajman Public Prosecution has referred the case of a mother found dead with her newborn baby outside a health centre to the Abu Dhabi courts, after discovering she died in the emirate.
A spokesman said four suspects arrested in the case drove the woman and her child from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to visit a private clinic. But she died in the car of complications and bleeding as they were heading back to Abu Dhabi, and the group allegedly decided to dump her body in Ajman with her child, who was alive.
The baby is being cared for at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Ajman.
