The UAE's leaders have congratulated King Abdullah of Jordan after he had surgery in Germany to treat a slipped disc.
State news agency Wam on Tuesday said President Sheikh Khalifa wished King Abdullah continued good health and also further progress, prosperity, security and safety for Jordan under his wise leadership.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, also sent messages of support.
King Abdullah travelled to Germany for treatment at the weekend.
State media in Jordan said his back injury was related to his military service.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
