Ban Barkawi

Ban is a podcast producer at The National in Abu Dhabi. She's an audio-first journalist with a career in podcast production, radio and news reporting. She produces Middle East-centric stories, covering current affairs, arts and culture and more. Ban holds an MA in multimedia broadcast journalism and a BA in news-editorial journalism.
