The UAE are to play Germany in a friendly in Dubai on June 3. The match is part of an Asian tour Germany are taking which will also see a game against China on May 30. Coach Joachim Low says he will use the two matches to conduct an extensive overview of his World Cup squad. The UAE are also set to face Iraq on home soil on Dec 27 in another friendly which they will use as preparation for the Gulf Cup.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
