Zlatan Ibrahimovic rails against EA Sports and Fifa 21, Jose Mourinho's game face - best of the week in football social media

The fire inside Zlatan Ibrahimovic isn't fading as he approaches the ripe old age of 40.

He's still banging in the goals for AC Milan - 10 of them so far this season - and is still venting his displeasure at anything worth venting at. His latest target is the mighty EA Sports ...

Time to investigate for Zlatan

Quite why the Swedish superstar has raised this apparent issue now is not clear. After all, the EA Sports Fifa video game franchise has been using his name and face for years now.

Could he have noticed the reports of David Beckham being paid a handsome sum to appear in this year's game?

Hopefully he won't have seen the comments about his unpopularity on the game due to his lack of pace.

Mourinho's top-of-the-league face

Jose Mourinho's Tottenham find themselves in the rare position of being top of the Premier League after they beat Manchester City 2-0.

I'm sure there were smiles after the final whistle, but this image perfectly encapsulates his determination to win.

Just imagine his expression if they lift the Premier League trophy at the end of the season.

The ball is round but the centre circle isn't

The white lines on the pitch have been known to go slightly awry with the odd wobble here and there - especially in grass roots football.

But have you ever seen a centre circle like this?

In spite of the mishap, it was game on in the Brazilian third division match between between Cambe and Paranavai.

Dele Alli's catch of the match

This widely-shared clip of Dele Alli's wonder catch isn't just about his remarkable act.

It's also about the fact that Tottenham are playing cricket in their gymnasium.

Not only that, but they appear to have organised field placings - including Gareth Bale at slip and a long-off.

And, to top it off, the wicketkeeper is wearing actual wicketkeeping gloves!

Super Son-ic

Who will be given the treatment next? Super Mario Balotelli? Fulham's Super Mario Lemina?

Alvaro Morata - cunning or cruel?

Managers around the world have been bemoaning the high number of injuries this season as fixtures are crammed in left, right and centre.

Surely this kind of behaviour in training isn't going to help.

Still, Alvaro Morata followed it up with a last minute winner in the Champions League against Ferencvárosi TC.
