Football leagues around Europe are locked in talks about how to approach the coronavirus, and whether the 2019-20 season can ever be completed.
They are also imposing pay cuts on the players, discussing what happens when contracts expire on June 20 without the season being completed, and even what to do about starting next season.
So far, there are no decisions, as the world waits for Cobid-19 to run its course. Football certainly is not the priority.
However, transfer speculation never stops. When the game starts again, there will be moves. Agents are already sounding out interested clubs for their clients.
Money may be tighter, wages not quite so astronomical, but players will be changing shirts.
