May 17 should have been a day of celebration. The 38th and final round of Premier League fixtures in what had been a stellar season for runaway leaders Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp's side had made the best start to any top-flight season in history, winning 26 of their first 27 games before a 3-0 defeat to Watford on February 29, their first in 44 matches.
When the league was shut down in March due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the Reds were 25 points clear of two-time defending champions Manchester City, having already smashed several records.
Even Pep Guardiola would have conceded it was a question of when, not if, Liverpool would be crowned champions of England for the first time since 1990.
So it's pretty much a given Liverpool would have been celebrating with the Premier League title at Newcastle United on the final day of the season (I had them winning it at the Etihad Stadium on April 15), but where else would there have been scenes of jubilation? And commiseration for others.
Allowing for journalistic licence, I have City finishing second with Leicester City, champions four years ago, taking third and a return to the Champions League.
Perhaps the most contentious issue is who would have rounded out the top four and which clubs would have been relegated. Manchester United were on a great run of form before the coronavirus bought the league to a shuddering halt. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side were in fourth place, three points behind Chelsea as they looked to secure Champions League football for next season.
Only two points separated 15th-placed Brighton and the team that occupied the third relegation spot - Bournemouth.
So, who would have finished in the top four and who would have been preparing for life in the Championship next term?

Ziina has partnered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to raise money for the Lebanese capital, co-founder Faisal Toukan says. “As of October 1, the UNHCR has the first certified badge on Ziina and is automatically part of user's top friends' list during this campaign. Microsoft’s ‘hacker-in-chief’ David Weston, creator of the tech company’s Windows Red Team, advises simple steps to help people avoid falling victim to cyber fraud:
1. Always get the latest operating system on your smartphone or desktop, as it will have the latest innovations. An outdated OS can erode away all investments made in securing your device or system.

4. Move your personal as well as professional data to the cloud, which has advanced threat detection mechanisms and analytics to spot any attempt. Even if you are hit by some ransomware, the chances of restoring the stolen data are higher because everything is backed up.
5. Make the right hardware selection and always refresh it. We are in a time where a number of security improvement processes are reliant on new processors and chip sets that come with embedded security features. Buy a new personal computer with a trusted computing module that has fingerprint or biometric cameras as additional measures of protection.
