Fortunate to see Barnes goal chalked off after 19 minutes for foul after dropping the ball at striker’s feet. A couple of good saves but an accident waiting to happen on crosses. EPA
Stuart Dallas - 6: Stupid shove on Pieters gifted free-kick and early chance to Burnley. Really poor finish with left-footed finish when well-placed on edge of box just after hour mark. Found second half a struggle as Burnley piled on the pressure. AFP

Rodrigo - 6: Caused all sorts of problems working between the Burnley lines and the Clarets struggled to cope in first half. Hit weak finish straight at Pope after finding room and also missed glorious chance to make it 2-0 when he headed over after starting but not finishing the move. Should have made it 2-0 after the Brazilian returned the favour soon after but low shot was saved by Pope.
