Seamus Coleman - 7: Good performance down the right by Everton's captain. Often left isolated in first half with Rodriguez not particularly keen on defensive work but stuck to his task. His run and cross helped set up Calvert-Lewin's opener. Reuters
Michael Keane - 7: More convincing at the back than his central-defensive partner. Grabbed his second goal of the week after stabbing home the rebound after Johnstone had saved Richarlison's header. Headed an earlier chance over the bar. AFP
Yerry Mina - 5: Woeful defending for West Brom opener. Backed off and backed off to allow Diangana free shot on goal. Could have proved costly had Gibb's crazy moment not turned the game on its head. Getty

James Rodriguez - 8.5: The Colombian certainly has a fantastic left foot on him. Superb finish from edge of area on brink of half-time despite being surrounded by defenders. Cross helped set up Calvert-Lewin's second goal and his corner supplied the striker's hat-trick. Constantly switching play from right to left with quality cross-field balls to Digne. Deducted half a mark for making the most of Gibbs' moment of madness by hitting the deck very quickly holding his face, also not exactly enthusiastic about tracking back - but that's not what Ancelotti signed him for. Richarlison - 7: Will be wondering how he did not score. Saw teammate Calvert-Lewin steal one goal-bound effort off him and was denied by the linesman's flag after a magnificent finish into the top corner. Always on the move and causing Baggies' defence problems. PA
Dominic Calvert-Lewin 8: Missed a glorious early chance when he headed Rodriguez cross wide from six yards. But was not to be denied with a clever backheel finish for this first, a toe poke on the line to steal a goal-bound effort off Richarlison for his second and a finish off his back to complete the hat-trick. Brilliant run from in his own half - although aided by terrible Everton defending - and cracking finish to put his team 1-0 up. Didn't deserve to be on the losing side. AFP
