Gareth Bale is back in the Real Madrid squad for Saturday’s home clash with Celta Vigo after a month and a half on the sidelines with a nagging calf problem.
“Gareth will be back in the squad. It’s great news for everyone,” Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said at a press conference on Friday, although he said the Welshman may not feature in the game at the Santiago Bernabeu.
“We’ll see how it goes but the important thing is that he is with us. We need to go one step at a time.”

Bale’s return to something like fitness is a timely piece of good news for Madrid, who are currently without Karim Benzema due to a thigh injury and entertain Roma in the Uefa Champions League last 16, second leg next week leading 2-0 from the first leg.
Bale, who has scored 13 goals altogether this season, has not played since the 5-1 home win against Sporting Gijón on January 17.
Zidane also welcomes back Marcelo, Sergio Ramos and Dani Carvajal, but the midfield will be deprived of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos because of injury and illness respectively.
Madrid are currently third in the Primera Liga, 12 points behind leaders Barcelona, but Zidane is staying positive after the 3-1 midweek win at Levante helped them bounce back from their 1-0 derby defeat at home to Atletico Madrid last weekend.
“I am still smiling despite the situation,” he said.
“When you lose it’s not pleasant. When I took over, I knew that two draws or a defeat and it would be a catastrophe.
“I knew that. I experienced it as a player. It is not new for me. I assume responsibility but we will keep working and I am convinced in what we are doing.”

The smuggler
Eldarir had arrived at JFK in January 2020 with three suitcases, containing goods he valued at $300, when he was directed to a search area.
Officers found 41 gold artefacts among the bags, including amulets from a funerary set which prepared the deceased for the afterlife.
Also found was a cartouche of a Ptolemaic king on a relief that was originally part of a royal building or temple.
The largest single group of items found in Eldarir’s cases were 400 shabtis, or figurines.
Khouli conviction
Khouli smuggled items into the US by making false declarations to customs about the country of origin and value of the items.
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, he provided “false provenances which stated that [two] Egyptian antiquities were part of a collection assembled by Khouli's father in Israel in the 1960s” when in fact “Khouli acquired the Egyptian antiquities from other dealers”.
He was sentenced to one year of probation, six months of home confinement and 200 hours of community service in 2012 after admitting buying and smuggling Egyptian antiquities, including coffins, funerary boats and limestone figures.

A number of other items said to come from the collection of Ezeldeen Taha Eldarir are currently or recently for sale.
Their provenance is described in near identical terms as the British Museum shabti: bought from Salahaddin Sirmali, "authenticated and appraised" by Hossen Rashed, then imported to the US in 1948.

A semen analysis of the father showed abnormal sperm so the couple required IVF.

A specific procedure was used, called intracytoplasmic sperm injection where a single sperm cell is inserted into the egg.
On day three of the process, 14 embryos were biopsied for gender selection.
The next day, a pre-implantation genetic report revealed four normal male embryos, three female and seven abnormal samples.
Day five of the treatment saw two male embryos transferred to the patient.
The woman recorded a positive pregnancy test two weeks later.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.

Common OCD symptoms and how they manifest
