The League Cup is already safely on the Etihad mantelpiece, while their bid to win the Champions League for the first time is set to start again in August. These two teams have faced each other already since the restart when City ran out comfortable 3-0 winners and Arsenal's error-prone defender David Luiz came on as a first-half substitute, gifted the hosts their opening goal and was then sent-off for pulling back Riyad Mahrez that allowed Kevin de Bruyne to score from the resulting penalty. It is now time for FA Cup semi-final weekend when the Premier League's biggest guns do battle at London's Wembley Stadium.

Granted, it will be weird to see Arsenal take on Manchester City and Manchester United's clash with Chelsea at an empty arena that normally holds 90,000 fans. But there is still plenty of top talent to enjoy on the pitch.

The Gunners' game against holders City is on Saturday, while in-form United's match against the Blues kicks-off 24 fours later.

In the league, Norwich host Burnley on Saturday, before Bournemouth and Southampton's south coast battle, followed by Spurs against Leicester on Sunday.

A triple-header on Monday night as Brighton face Newcastle, Sheffield United versus Everton and finally Wolves up against Crystal Palace.
