A look at the weekend fixtures in England with Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United also predicted to prevail

Another hectic weekend of Premier League action is upon us.

Wolverhampton Wanderers against Leicester City kicks off the action at 4.30pm UAE time on Saturday.

That is followed by six games being played at 7pm, with league leaders Liverpool playing host to Crystal Palace in that time.

Fourth-placed Chelsea visit fifth-placed Arsenal at 9.30pm in the biggest game of the weekend.

On Sunday, Manchester City visit struggling Huddersfield Town at 5.30pm, before Fulham lost Tottenham Hotspur at 8pm in a London derby.

Real estate tokenisation project

Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.

The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.

Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
