The Premier League resumes this week following a three-month hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Chelsea's players were in talks about taking a 10 per cent pay cut as part of their response to the coronavirus crisis, before the London club announced in April that Frank Lampard's squad would instead continue to support other charitable causes.
Chelsea said they had not made any staff redundant or placed them on furlough, while casual and match-day workers were paid as normal during the shutdown.
The club's owner Roman Abramovich is paying for 128 rooms in hotels at Stamford Bridge to be donated to NHS staff.
The Blues, who occupy fourth spot, resume their campaign with a trip to struggling Aston Villa on Sunday.
