Aristide Bance, Al Ahli's newly acquired Burkina Faso striker, opened the scoring on debut with a header as the Pro League side beat Jordan's Al Wehdat 2-0 in a pre-season tournament in Dubai on Monday.
Bance is poised to play a part against Syria's El Merreikh tomorrow. Ahli have agreed not to play Al Wasl, their derby rivals and the tournament's fourth team, so close to the new season.
