Ajman is proving to be a death-trap for visiting teams. They stunned Al Shaab 2-1 in their last game in the Etisalat Pro League and last night upset Al Nasr 1-0 in the Etisalat Cup Group C. Javad Kazemian, the Iran international, scored four minutes into the second half which the promoted club held on to the end to claim their first points in the group. Nasr, so impressive when they downed the Super Cup champions Ahli 2-0 in their opening fixture, failed to find the fluency and the strikes at the Ajman goal for an entire 90 minutes. They were made to struggle by their resolute defence and man-to-man marking after they went ahead early in the second half. The victory gives Abdul Kader Abdul Wahab's men some hope in the competition in a group that also include Al Ahli and Al Ain, to whom they lost 1-0 in the opener last weekend at the Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium. Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
