The US-based fitness chain Define will open its first branch in Dubai this weekend, and fitness enthusiasts can try some of the classes for free.
The studio in Silverene Tower in Dubai Marina will offer a combination of barre, strength, flexibility training and spinning classes as part of three core sessions: Define Body, Define Mind and Define Revolution.
Residents can have a taste of the sessions for free on Friday and Saturday.
Define Body is a 60-minute workout that marries Pilates, yoga, ballet and core-strengthening exercise, activating all major muscle groups with a barre, mater and ball.
Define Revolution increases the heart rate with a non-stop high-intensity spinning session on stationary bikes choreographed to pumping music for a full-body workout.
Define Mind has been designed to address stress and improve flexibility and reduce muscle tightness with yoga stretches and calming music.
Free classes will begin from 10am and will be held every hour on Friday until 12.15pm and Saturday until 5.15pm.
