It’s that time of year when many of us realise that the upcoming party season means we’ll need to squeeze ourselves into dresses and suits that are a "bit tight" after a summer of inactivity and too many ice creams. But, fear not, for Dubai-based yoga studio, Voyoga, is starting its 30-Day Weight Watch Challenge.
Classes begin on Wednesday, November 15, at the company’s studio in i-Rise Tower, Barsha Heights and, at the start of the challenge, participants will have their weight and measurements checked, and their photographs taken. Progress charts will be provided, along with a diet plan and a schedule of all the classes at Voyoga, to which there will be unlimited access as part of the deal.
To be in with a chance of winning the challenge, participants must complete a minimum of 25 classes over the 30-day period, as well as attend at least one of the two workshops being held on November 25 and December 9. There will be two winners: the person who has lost the most weight and the one who took part in the most classes; those distinctions aside, a “lovely prize” will be awarded to both.
