Plus, there will be mini-workshops for kids including playground safety, bandage-a-bear and a tooth-brushing championship. 3. Cycle for Health UAE is a new monthly initiative that kicks off this Saturday with a 1.9-km bike ride around the National Stadium and nearby roads at Zayed Sports City. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will conduct health screenings as part of its Love Your Heart campaign to mark World Health Day. There will also be exercise information sessions, a weekly learn-to-ride programme for children and adults, and heart-healthy cooking demonstrations. Bicycles and helmets will be available for complimentary use, and there will be bouncy castles, a healthy food truck and more.
